When we ship your order, you'll receive an email or text message with the tracking number.

For USA, the item is shipped with USPS and can be tracked on the USPS website.

For International, the item is shipped with UPS and can be tracked here. The package will stop showing tracking updates once it leaves the USA, and won't update again until your local mail carrier has recieved it after customs clearance.


Due to the pandemic, packages are taking longer to reach various countries and clear customs. It's normal for packages to show no new tracking updates for several weeks after they leave the USA. However they will start updating and be delivered within 3-6 weeks.
